RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
AMERICAN ZOMBIE APPAREL LLC.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from American Zombie Apparel LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days after the product has been received, and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
Packages Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address:
If you provide an insufficient or incorrect shipping address and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages:
If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Note:
We recommend that customers contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse at this time.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
